It’s a long day but really beautiful landscape. The Cliffs are amazing. Galway is a quaint town; very festive at the holidays.

This was our second time taking a tour to Galway and the cliffs. We absolutely loved it!! Our tour guide Alex was amazing! Very friendly and shared some interesting Irish history during the drive and also learned a little bit about the Irish language. Overall, awesome experience!

That it takes a while to travel there, but its well worth it. Our guide JJ was so fun. The cliffs are beautiful. Galway was very nice but pretty much just all shopping.

Trip was fantastic. Driver was punctual with time which is important or the group falls astray. Galway was a cute shore town and the cliffs were a sight to see once the fog lifted. Our driver gave great recommendations on food and drink for the area in Dublin.

Long, but pleasant bus ride and well worth it! We were very fortunate to have good weather for gorgeous views. Alex was an excellent guide. I would have preferred a little less time in Galway for more time at the cliffs

Our guide/driver, Alex was great! He gave an entertaining and informative tour. Departure times and locations were clearly communicated and he kept us on track. Galway was a great city to explore and the Cliffs were breathtaking!

This is definitely a longer tour, it took waking up early to get to the meeting spot on time, and got back after dinner hours. It was well worth it to see the cliffs. As impressive as they were in photos and videos, it was more so in person. Our guide (Michael) was great...not too much talking but not too little, and gave good information. The drive to the cliffs got a little windy in a certain part as it was essentially switchback up the mountain. If you get car sick easily, you might want to take some Dramamine. We were in good hands with driver Liam though! We ended up with a little over an hour in Galway before the cliffs, and stopped in a town near the cliffs after for lunch. There was a rest stop break on the way out and the way back to Dublin.

The tour to Galway and the Cliffs of Moher was fabulous. Our driver Shay made the day particularly enjoyable, a very experienced driver with lots of great stories and a very kind demeanour! Shay was the best tour guide driver we had while in Ireland!

Unacceptable Driver Disrespect and Unprofessionalism

Unacceptable Driver Disrespect and Unprofessionalism Please be advised that I was recommended to your company by a few friends that hat have been here several times. I went on the tour today to Cliffs of Moher. I’m extremely disappointed in a couple of things. The driver, JJ. he asked our entire tour group if anyone had any complaints to let him know as he dropped us off at Galway. i took a picture of the tray of the seat i was in to send to you. If he wouldn’t have asked, i wouldn’t have told him. As I Walked off the bus, i let him know about the dirty tray and said it was dirty and gross. (see attached). When we came back he said he couldn’t find it so we showed him. he said he could barely tell and have us a baby wipe to clean it.He asked again what we said when we walked out and made a big deal of it. And i told him we care about cleanliness.He proceeded to say Oh my God, and really? And some other choice words as to make fun of it. I told him I took a picture to send you) and that seemed to upset him. He then went to the front of the bus after everyone walked in and announced on the microphone… that we are “special” to give complaints of such things, after he had originally asked for complaints! That we are “lucky” to be on this luxurious bus that has spacious seats and treats because the “regular” paddy wagon buses are basic and do not have this. Still on the microphone statin that we did NOT pay 500 eu for such service for him to clean it and “you know where you can put that!” (on the microphone!) I have been traveling for an extremely long time and have NEVER experienced such disrespect and unprofessionalism. The way he handled this situation was uncalled for! Unprofessional, embarrassing to your company and paying clients, and irrevocably UNACCEPTABLE!!! How dare he say such things to me on a microphone for the whole bus to hear or to me alone period! In addition, he was telling the entire bus tour stories about his orphanage and how he was a troublemaker, eventually talking about alcoholism, and other things that no one on the bus was interested in hearing. He also continuously kept asking for todd, cash, electronically, etc. If he is worth the top, he shouldn’t have to ask for it. What kind of people do you hire? 2. The tray was dirty. these buses should be cleaned after every tour. I understand that it is not your company’s fault that they get dirty, but should definitely be cleaned, especially after covid. I can guarantee that you would not to put anything on this tray. 3. There was a long beeping noise for hours of this tour bus. He stopped to follow instructions from another one of your employees which extended our drive home and extended the entire tour by an hour. It turned out to be the air conditioner and that was figured out by one of the women on our bus. Do you not test these things on your buses? 4. Your company should have sent an email to the people who purchased the tickets that your restaurant does not take credit cards, cash only, PRIOR to the tour to have been prepared. I would like some type of compensation for JJ’s disrespect and unprofessionalism, the inconvenience of the noise on the bus and the prolonged tour. The entire group should get one. I will be writing my reviews to yelp, and any companies that sell Paddy Wagon Tour tickets. Kind regards

Really enjoyed shopping in Galway but would have liked more time there. Driver experienced some issues, but handled the situation skillfully. Cliffs of Moher were beautiful.

I really enjoyed this tour. Our tour guide, Steve, was well-informed and hilarious and made the long drives very entertaining. The drives to each of the stops were absolutely stunning; I thought I could sneak a nap in here and there but I could not look away from the scenic views of the vast greenery, cows, sheep, cute homes, etc. I also feel like we got plenty of time at each of the stops; I've been on others that felt rushed, but this tour allowed us to have adequate time in each of the beautiful locations we visited.

The cliffs were beautiful! We enjoyed the scenic drive. Disappointed with our Galway tour, we were there before most shops were open and the streets were filled with delivery trucks & trash collectors. Did not feel like we got to see Galway at all. Not impressed with the cafeteria style lunch at the restaurant owned by the tour company. Our driver was friendly but his instructions were often confusing.

This was such an amazing tour. The Cliffs were stunning and our tour was awesome. Brian, our driver, did an excellent job. He kept us entertained with his knowledge and jokes the whole time.

Eduardo was a wonderful guide. He talked through history and pop culture points of interest and made sure we got to do everything given our allotted time. Galway, the wild Atlantic way, and the cliffs of moher are must-sees.

Breathtaking Experience

This was a pretty amazing trip. We were picked up right on time with very little issue. Declan, our bus driver, was on time and courteous. The Cliffs a once in a life time experience. It was SUPER windy - like 80KPH winds with some sprinkles so we chose to skip a section out of safety concerns. The drive back was on time.

Wish we had a little bit more time in Galway, and the weather cooperated a little bit better at the Cliff of Moor. Our driver made the trip so nice with all of his knowledge of the history of the area. We were very pleased with him..

The Cliffs were absolutely beautiful. Wish there was more time there though. Ran up both sides of the hills, barely got to shop. Didn’t have time to look at the museum inside.
